The handheld Raman spectrometer TR3000 is a powerful product designed by the company for the pharmaceutical field. National "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Key R&D Program - National Quality-Based Common Technology Research and Application Key Project "Research on Key Technologies, Applications and Related Regulatory Regulations for Real-time Detection and Control of Oral Solid Dosage Production Process" (No.: 2017YFF0210100).The project is led by Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co.,Ltd, and is jointly completed by Shanghai Center for Drug evalsuation and Inspection, Naval Medical University, Shanghai Oceanhood Opto-electronics Tech Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Chinese and Western Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.On this basis, the company has developed line-side detection equipment, algorithms and analysis software based on Raman spectroscopy technology.
It integrates automatic calibration, detection, map processing, database retrievals and automatic identification, with intelligent operation and easy portability. Support users to build their own libraries, which can realize rapid identification of raw materials and drugs, and the results are accurate and efficient.
The software system can achieve audit trail, pass compliance review, have process documentation, comply with GMP specifications, and be highly integrated with the production execution MES system. The cloud data management and control platform allows users to upload detection data in real time, and supports dual deployment of private cloud and public cloud. Users can set different levels of account permissions to facilitate management.
